How It Works & Men Can Help
What women want is the same respect as men are accustomed to. To be listened to without interruption, to be asked for what is needed without assumptions, and to be understood on the unconscious bias built up over years in a male-dominant culture.
We facilitate interactive, conversational, and developmental sessions based on respect. We build an understanding of how growing up, living and working in our culture develops bias in both men and women. It is an “eye-opening, learn without judgment, no wrong questions or comments” atmosphere
